Steelers RB LeVeon Bell suffers apparent knee injury Week 17

Steelers running back Le'Veon Bell suffered a hyperextended right knee in Sunday night's regular season finale against the Bengals and is doubtful to return.

Bell was hit down low after a reception in the middle of the field and took a shot to the knee. After an injury timeout he was able to get up and jog off the field with a limp before the training staff took a look at the injury on a training table on the sidelines. Bell was then taken to the locker room where he was deemed doubtful to return to Sunday's game and diagnosed with a hyperextended knee.

Bell racked up 20 yards on eight carries and 80 yards on six receptions before coming out of the game. The Steelers will play Saturday in the first round of the playoffs regardless of whether they win or lose Sunday's game.
