Some companies have already seen backlash such as Nationwide's dark and depressing spot no not the one with invisible Mindy Kaling.
A 30 second spot during Super Bowl XLIX cost $4.5 million plus whatever production value or talent fees are involved. Some are likely shelling out big bucks for celebrity endorsements from the likes of Brett Favre and Pierce Brosnan.
