Pat Toomey saying he was considering running for governor but said the footage was from this past weekend indicating Toomey was considering challenging incumbent Governor (and fellow Republican) Tom Corbett. Americans for Tax Reform Chairman Grover Norquist mocked one of his group s enemies billionaire investor and Obama backer Warren Buffett. Buffett s namesake rule would tax all income above $1 million at 30 percent. So Norquist announced Buffett and shareholders in his company Berkshire Hathaway would start voluntarily donating that amount to the federal treasury.
