Charles Manson Granted Parole Is It A Hoax

Charles Manson who was sentenced to prison for life in 1972 after orchestrating the murders of seven people most famously including actress Sharon Tate has reportedly been paroled in California.

Charles Manson 79 was imprisoned for life in 1972 for conspiracy to commit seven murders which were doled out by his disciples in the so called Manson family a commune of around 30 people at the time of the murders who thought Charles to be their leader in the fight of an upcoming apocalyptic race war. Though Charles parole was denied for the 12th time in 2012 a new report claims that the dangerous murderer was granted parole could it be a hoax

This article from Empire News a satirical news website wrote that According to California Board of Parole Hearings Commissioner John Peck prison overcrowding forced the prison board to re evaluate prisoners that are elderly or those with serious illnesses.

Furthermore Charles Manson s crimes were not a joke. He committed truly horrifying crimes and has never shown any remorse and he deserves his life in prison. Making light of his release isn t just unfunny it s shameful.

The author was partially wrong on his facts. Manson was not sentenced to life he was actually given the death penalty in 1971. But some how when California did away with the death penalty temporarily in 1972 that sentence automatically was reduced to life with a chance for parole. (Not sure why it wasn t life without parole). When CA reinstated federal law prevented the death penalty the reduction could not be reversed.

I see no issue with allowing Charlie freedom. Why not He s not living where I am. California is all so open minded and free spritied. Set him right down in the middle of Hollywood. Anything goes in California now a day s. They allow dangerous Illegal s to stay why not Charlie Manson Look the United States just released give of the most dangerous terrorist s lose on the world.
