The numbers continue to go the wrong way for Bill Cosby's Dec. 6 Tarrytown Music Hall concerts with nearly half of the seats now available for his once sold out performances.
Sex abuse allegations from a dozen women prompted Cosby's management and the promoter AM Productions which is renting the Tarrytown Music Hall to offer refunds a break in the Music Hall policy.
According to the venue's real time ticketing portal on Monday morning there were 561 tickets available for the 4 p.m. and 7 30 p.m. shows. By Tuesday morning nearly half the seats were available 746 having been bought back by the promoter.
Calls and emails to the New Jersey based promoter and its president Stanley Andrucyk were not immediately returned Tuesday.
Music Hall executive director Bjorn Olsson said Monday that he has heard there may be protests and he expects media coverage of the performances. The impact of a protest and a crush of media could throw a wrench into a busy pre holiday shopping Saturday at the top of Tarrytown's Main Street.
Property owners and Tarrytown police have been alerted to the potential for protest.
If Cosby's Far From Over tour plays Tarrytown it will then take a break and may resume in Canada with three dates in Ontario on Jan. 7 8 and 9.

Tarrytown Police Lt. William Herguth said he was aware of potential media and possible protestors and that police would handle the situation as we see what's there and would most likely will have extra officers depending on what information we can discern.
Herguth said Olsson notified us that something could be going on and we'll have a police presence there.
