Jessica Herrin of the fashion company Stella Dot is being featured on Undercover Boss. Herrin is a true entrepreneur having created Stella Dot in her own living room while she was pregnant with her first child. Currently the company has an estimated 30 000 independent stylists who sell accessories across seven countries. And according to CBS
The company was named after the grandmothers of CEO Jessica Herrin and Chief Creative Officer Blythe Harris.

You may have seen Stella Dot recently on the Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills. Star Lisa Rinna meets up Ali the director of Stella Dot and the two plan a party that Rinna is hosting to benefit breast cancer. She reveals that her mom and sister are both breast cancer survivors. Rinna invites all her fellow housewives and thensome. Denise Richards shows up to show her support and buy some jewelry as well. At first Rinna was worried because most of the women attending buy very expensive jewelry and Stella Dot is more affordable than diamonds and pearls.

This hard working 22 year old knows what it takes to get the job done. He tirelessly works overtime to proudly earn Best Worker in his department. Plus he s so nice that he even went out and purchased really comfortable footwear for everyone in his department last Christmas. Tyler isn t from the best neighborhood and had to fend for himself at an early age after his parents divorced. No matter how long or how many loans it takes to complete his schooling Tyler is determined to accomplish his dreams.

This sweet natured jewelry crafter spends countess hours bringing Stella Dot s jewelry designs to life. She takes great pride in her work with the hopes of one day becoming an actual designer. Maria is hoping that one day her hard work will pay off and she can fulfill the American dream. Her face lights up when she talks about her children and also as she shares her goals of moving up the corporate ladder and owning her own home.

At 32 years old this smart sassy businesswoman has no intention of slowing down with Stella Dot. This senior director started her business from scratch when she discovered an untapped market waiting to be conquered in Des Moines Iowa Even though she lost her father to cancer at the young age of 16 she quickly learned to support herself and lives every day in the moment.

This delightful associate is an amazing people person who loves helping callers solve their problems. As a single mother of two Jade is used to juggling a lot. She works extremely hard to make sure she sets a good example for her kids and she strives to continually do better because settling is not an option.
5. Herrin Has a Few Problems When She Goes Under CoverLike most of the bosses on this show things do not go smoothly when they are under cover. When working with a jewelry crafter she talks to much and has trouble focusing. Then when she s answering the phones she continues to interrupt the caller.
