NBC.com will be streaming starting at 12 p.m. ET.
They will air the entire game including the halftime show and will have pre and post game coverage.

Mobile streams
NBC Sports Live Extra apps will allow streaming on iOS Android and Windows tablets but not to mobile phones.
Verizon subscribers will be able to watch the game from their iPhone Android and Windows phones.
Audio commentary
NFL is offering access to live audio commentary to the game as well as access to archived events until the end of July for $9.99.
